She teaches online consumer behavior and interactive marketing courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and focuses her research interests on digital marketing, user experience, mobile consumer behavior and online participation (UGC and Web 2.0). Among others, she has published in Computers in Human Behavior, Psychology and Marketing, the Journal of Product and Brand Management and the International Journal of Bank Marketing. Her Ph.D. has specifically explored the cutting edge notion of « social usability », as her thesis investigated the influence of Web site interactive social features on consumers’ online intentions to contribute.
