The Build Empowered and Skilled Tomorrow (B.E.S.T.) Program by Casa Foundation, funded by Canada Service Corps, is designed to equip youth with the skills and experiences they need to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Targeting youth aged 12–30, B.E.S.T. offers targeted training and flexible volunteer service opportunities to help participants develop essential soft skills, digital literacy, leadership, entrepreneurship knowledge, and financial literacy.
As part of Canada Service Corps—a national movement that empowers youth aged 12–30 to gain experience and build key skills while giving back to their communities—the B.E.S.T. Program aims to support youth in their transition into adulthood and meaningful careers, while fostering community connection and social capital.
The B.E.S.T. Program is about more than just training; it’s about fostering a sense of belonging, community, and purpose. By participating, youth not only gain the skills they need to thrive in their careers but also contribute to creating positive change in their communities. This program is an opportunity to build empowered and skilled tomorrow—for youth and for all of Canada.
