Michelle leads service transformation for Canadian Business Banking at TD and is AVP Business Owner for TD Business Central. Most recently, she was AVP Reporting and Insights Canadian Personal Banking and Executive Head of Women In Leadership (WIL) for Canadian Personal Banking. Prior to joining TD, Michelle spent 14 years at RBC in various leadership roles. Michelle is a Certified Management Accountant, a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Masters in Business Administration.Michelle has diverse expertise across Audit, Accounting, Strategy, Data and Program Delivery. Michelle is known for agility, learning new or complex concepts quickly, building large high performing teams and creating strategic partnerships as a ‘bridge builder’ between competing interests.  In her spare time she likes Music, Zumba, Baking, Reading and spending time with her family. Michelle is very passionate about Championing Diversity and Inclusion and Women in Leadership as well as her family, including 2 children (boys 11 and 14).
