A lawyer with a wealth of experience in regulatory Risk Management and Compliance, Buki is a Barrister and Solicitor with over twenty years of experience. In the last six years, she provided regulatory advise and expertise to the financial services sector at Broadridge Investor Communications Corporation- a leader in customized regulatory compliance services. 

Drawing on her extensive industry experience, she provides practical advice and training in relation to the impact of regulations and assists clients in the effective and timely implementation of required changes.  She advises Senior Management and Compliance Officers of their obligations under new and existing regulations, full disclosure requirements and assists to implement Risk Management programs and compliance systems to achieve greater compliance effectiveness and transparency.  Buki conducts regular business compliance assessments, ensuring applicable rules and regulations are complied with in line with regulations and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, identifying gaps and providing advice on corrective actions.

She is called to the Bar in Nigeria, New York and Ontario Canada and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
