Dr. Olutoyin Oyelade is a seasoned investment and social impact leader with over 23 years of experience in global finance, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. She serves as President & CEO of Casa Foundation, a role she has held since 2011, driving the organization’s strategy, management, and service operations. As Founding Partner and CEO of InVcap Corporation, she oversees investment advisory projects across Canada and Nigeria and serves as Managing Partner and Chair of the Management Investment Committee.
With a distinguished career spanning investment banking, global transaction banking, structured finance, international trade, and treasury, Dr. Oyelade has managed over a billion dollars in funds as Group Executive of Investment Management and played a pivotal role in raising over a billion dollars in equity from global markets as Group Treasurer. Her global expertise is further enriched by a senior management internship at BNP Paribas, where she focused on investment management and advanced financial strategy.
Dr. Oyelade is also the Lead Investor at Entrepreneurs Point, a co-working incubator in Toronto, and the Founder of Casa Foundation, Friends of Africa, and the AfroInvestors Network—initiatives dedicated to entrepreneurship, youth development, and women’s leadership. She is a recipient of numerous international awards, including the Women of Courage Award (Canada) and the African Impact Leadership Award (New York).
A TEDx and VoiceAmerica speaker, published author, and adjunct professor, she continues to advocate for social impact and economic empowerment globally. Her academic background includes an MBA from the University of Ife, a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and executive programs at the Wharton School, IMD Switzerland, and Lagos Business School. She is also CPD UK–certified as an Advanced Investment Manager.
