Kola is a Human Resources Expert. She has responsibility for Talent management, staff resourcing and human capital development at Oceaneering Worldwide. She brings her wealth of experience to CasaFoundation’s Board.

She has over 10 years in Human Resources Management and talent resourcing. She has supervised over 250 talent resourcing across diverse sectors including Oil & Gas, maritime, banking and telecommunications both in the UK and Africa.

As head of recruitments at Exceed Oil, UK, 2007-2011 she was involved in developing sustainable HR and recruitment strategies that engender business growth and competitive advantage. At Oceanering, a global oilfield provider of engineered services and products to the offshore oil and gas industry with base in the UK, she developed the HR strategy for staff retention.She has extensive experience in employee relations, people resourcing, employment law and management strategy, training and development. Between 2003-2005, She was the Executive Resourcer at the African telecoms giant V-Mobile (now Airtel).

She is a chartered member of the chartered institute of personnel development (MCIPD), the highest HR professional body in the United Kingdom. Specialized in people resourcing and reward, employment law, learning and development as well as employee relations. She holds a BA in French and English, and an MSc. in Human Resources Management from the Aberdeen Business School of the Robert Gordon University.
