Monika is a development professional who brings her passion for community development through sustainable entrepreneurship and inclusive growth.
Monika has experience in action research, project management, and business development. She was part of an action research project that was supported by USAID and other eminent agencies. The study focused on randomized field experiments and household interviews in rural India to assess the implications of the adoption of innovative rainfall insurance products. She worked closely with principal researchers from Harvard University, IMF, and The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Monika has provided administrative and research assistance to the program.
She holds a master’s degree in commerce from Maharaja Sayajirao University, India, and MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management, Brandeis University, USA. She has expertise in business development and project management.
